Principal Solicitor

Admitted as a Solicitor on the 15th March 1978, initially Marie undertook articles and worked for a medium sized firm in Cardiff. She then worked for two years in a large firm of Solicitors in Bristol. She then commenced the current practice as a sole practitioner on 1st August 1986 . At present she undertakes residential and commercial conveyancing, Probate and Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and some matrimonial work.

Lisa Claire Cancelli MA (Oxon)

After a Law Degree at Oxford , Lisa continued her training at a prestigious London Practice before being admitted as a Solicitor in 2000. She spent the next five years in Italy , returning to Wales fluent in Italian, to join a medium-sized provincial practice. Lisa joined us in May 2008 and continues to work in all aspects of private client work advising our clients in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax matters.

Katherine Vargas

Licensed Conveyancer

Admitted as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2004, Katherine trained with a medium sized practice and subsequently worked in a large practice. Keen to provide a more personal service to clients, she joined us in November 2007. Katherine handles residential buying and selling of properties, leases and some Wills, debt collecting and consumer problems.

Sue White

Office Manager | Receptionist | Accounts Clerk | Personal Assistant

Sue joined the firm in 1989. Sue combines the above roles with an ability to know what stage most transactions are at. Sue is fully conversant with the conveyancing process and is able to assist with general queries/enquires.

Liz has been with the firm since 1984, Sally since 1997. Sarah joined us in June 2006. Sally and Sarah are studying to become Legal Executives.
